Hockey Development

On-ice work, on a small scale.

Individual and small-group skills training — a distinct service line, contracted separately from advising.

01

Individual sessions

One-on-one ice time. Skating, puck skills, game-situation awareness — pace set by the player.

02

Small groups

Two to four players, matched by age and level. Built for game-speed reads, not reps.

03

Video review

Film sessions that show a player what their eyes already feel — and what to start noticing next.

Note

A separate engagement from advising.

Development work is offered to a limited number of players per season, in and around Connecticut — contracted separately from advising and independent of any advisory relationship.
